I think that advice applies more when a stock has been running in anticipation of news. I don't think that is the case at all with this stock. If they keep buying back shares, I think this stock is a definite buy.

No way,I'm selling! 2,500,000 float.Company buying back shares.Other things probably in the works.$1 million per month revenue stream.Telephony switches-highly profitable.
