All -- Asensio Update Court documents from the 1989 Judgement for FRAUD and DECEIT against Manuel Asensio have been ordered from the Clerk of the Court. Look for end of next week for an update. Ordered were the COMPLAINT, proof of SUMMONS, and JUDGEMENT. This was a jury trial but Asensio did not show. His employer testified against him. The plaintiff asked for $25,000 but the jury asked the judge HOW MUCH THEY COULD GIVE. He said $250,000, and that's what they gave! Will update with copies of the court documents when we receive them. Regards, Ken
