Tom, I think the long turnaround time with some of these complex ore types is due to assaying and preparation procedures and not due to overly busy labs. Add to this, the fact that their reputation is on the line as you stated. The assay procedure will be quite meticulous and time consuming. The mine closings may not effect some of these higher profile labs as much as the slowdown in new exploration. I still think Ledoux has a vested interest in Naxos for monetary reasons only, nothing more.
I have a question for all; is the assaying costs higher for the DD complex ores, higher than the norm?
