You know it is pretty amazing on how often the law firms continuously re-announce class action suits every other day. Its the same old news and I think its to try to keep the stock price depressed for there justification of the suit. And why would "Business Wire" irresponsibly continue to print old news?

Not according to Vickers. No trades of any sort in past two months, sales of 106,000 shares in past six months. That trade(s) must have been a long time ago since the price was around $40.

Take this with the usual grain of salt. These services are often behind the times with their reporting.

Mattie, checking WDC's chart for the past few weeks, the highest volume has generally cooincided with a rising share price. I'm no chart expert but doesn't that indicate that "someone" is in a buying mood?
