Stripes, if institutions owned (note the past tense) 18% of the total shares, that would be in the neighborhood of 75% of the float. If that explains the difference in S&P's number and Koogle's claim, would his claim be considered hype or just an honest misunderstanding? <g>

The 75% figure Tim Koogle mentioned yesterday is a percent of the float. S&P's 18% figure is a percent of the shares outstanding.
