Steve........ I hope for your sake you do not have a large position in this stock. You are going to hurt yourself with such detailed & thorough insight. Either Wall Street has been on vacation this week & hasn't noticed the litigation releases or they have decided the claims are without merit. Tell me what the difference is between the claims of Asensio (old history) and the shareholder lawsuits (hot off the press)???? Now if people closer to the company and with deeper pockets than yourself (assuming this actually could exists) know that in time, Zonagen's actions will refute these claims.......then maybe the stock will not plunge as some logically think should happen. This is all in theory of course.......good investing & happy St. Pats!!
