Knight: I think the business qualifications are obvious. Experience and credibility within the industry is also critical. Someone with ties to a major and/or "the Street" wouldn't hurt either. Whoever it is should be a "marquee" player. JLA

My point is, there needs to be some continuity. It you start over with all new people you easily loose one year before the new guys can be productive. Fred A. would be a good choice in my view to professionally guide the company and provide for continuity at the same time. Kurt
