I would never want to be a party pooper, but remember half of the world's mainframes (the market ALYD addresses in the main) are in North America, and 80% of the balance are in Europe (if you excuse those that IBM sold into China which probably will not feature too highly in the Y2K debate as they have been mainly mothballed for years).

Anyhow it is Friday night so perhaps why worry.

Of the revenues coming in the Q4 10Q I bet we will see a significant increase in receivables. If the uk branch is a wholly owned subsidiary why are they saying that the UK will be at a loss? how about the combined entity, it will probably be at a loss.
