Paul, if you have followed this thread for awhile, you know I am a BIG LGND booster and have a very overweighted LGND position in my portfolio. That said, I would urge diversification within the biotech sector, say a minimum of three quality companies. Bad things can sometimes inexplicably happen to good companies, so I, for one, don't want all my eggs in one basket. I do own ISIP, BTW.

Good luck with your investments.

Walter

**OFF TOPIC**

Paul,

The following article might be of interest to you: talks.com

It is rather simplistic, but could be useful if you are in the initial stages of doing DD. (Link provided courtesy of Scott H. Davis, of the ISIP thread.)

For what little it is worth, my own opinion of ISIP is quite positive. I believe that it has the potential for a *very* bright future, not unlike LGND. Antisense, there is every reason to believe, should be a very big deal, one day.

One of the most interesting things about biotech investment, however, is timing. My belief is that LGND is a lot closer than is ISIP to that "breakout" we have long awaited. Therefore, at the present time, I find LGND a more compelling investment than ISIP.

Good luck,
RB
