Stock Bull - As I understand it, there is one, and only one class action suit pending.

One law firm will act as lead council on the case (and I've read where that is based on the number of clients). That is one reason the law firms continue to "advertise" the suit.

SB, Seems very time IOM starts to creep up, more snakes come out of the weeds to announce their support of the lawsuit(s?). Maybe we really should sue some people - the lawyers that keep whacking our mole back into the hole?

Re: Lost count on the number of suits

This whole thing has become a joke and is now laughable. It is reminecent (sp?) of those nature show's that you see on Discover channel. You know, when a carnevours bunch gather up on a weakling or an animal that is outnumbered. Furthermore, ORCL was gettinng sued, what's going to happen to the case with that company?

Just watched Michigan advance in the tournament. Yess!!

While watching the game, saw an NEC commercial advertising their built to order business, what did they showcase for a syster? A model with built in Zip.

GO MICHIGAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta love the tournament. Gotta go soon, watching U of D against St. JOhn.

>>niggerochi & ALL: I lost count of the number of law suits now pending. However, can each law firm win their suit, or only one of the firms. All the suits are filed in the name of the shareholders, so how many times can the shareholders win? >>

I think the cases will be consolidated. The law firms representing clients with the most money (lost) will be the lead bloodsuckers and the rest of the peeons will follow closely and pick up anything the drops on the floor. The weak cases will be thrown out.

That is my understanding.
