Jon,

It appears that Lance(Billington Publishing)has already begun trying to pump up AVAL. I don't know how long AVAL has been on the site below and I am not sure its such a good thing that it is there. In looking at past newsletters, the majority of companies featured are 1. No longer trading (OTC-BB KRERIF ((KL.Alberta)), PSNX, CSO.V) or 2. Are virtually worthless ( UCR.V, GGX.V).

Chad, help me out here. What am I missing?

Paul

Jon,

What is your definition of a pump and dump?

Hello.....Bernard, the countdown is continuing, today we're down to 3. Today is the EIGHT MONTH ANNIVERSARY of the last public notification that AVAL was indeed alive and kicking.

Sorry about the protest, your main spokesman on SI has me convinced that you're dying to talk, but that it is your lawyers that slapped a gag order on you. They obviously don't trust your ability to say anything on the record that would be helpful to investors. Certainly it can't be that AVAL is a joke and nobody in all this time has accomplished anything worth mentioning.

Could you please say something, even if you have to pass it on through a intermediary, but don't use Chad, you've disappointed us through him too many times. Tell us for instance exactly how many more days, weeks or months we will have to wait for a pulse. Or, we all might be better off planning a funeral instead of a celebration.

Unrequited Investor, Jon
