Thank you, Gary. AMES still have 5am delivery problems, when goods were short in January. As they move into midwest, they may have to have warehouses there. Whether they could pick up leases cheap or not, I don't know. Every one is fighting for Lechmere locations. Costco only signed for 4 years on one of them in Dedham, Ma.. BJ signed after them to get rid of Costco after 4 years. BJ signed for the next ten years. The limited had lease problems with a lot of their locations. I heard about 1800 locations.

Some locations could be one of those 100 year at $1/square foot leases that was signed in the 1960's. Wouldn't you like to get some of those locations? But they may take a percentage of your gross as part of your lease.

But you are right, lease is it, not the bankruptcy store or the remodeling. AMES is now counting the long term lease as long term liability. Some may be a long term asset?
