Good assumption. Condensates are mixtures comprised of the lighter liquid hydrocarbons such as propane, butanes, pentanes, hexanes, heptanes, octanes, etc.

A barrel of condensate is worth roughly the same as a barrel of oil.
THAT'S WHY A 7-10 MMCF/D GAS WELL CUTTING SAY 100 BBLS CONDENSATE per MMCF/D OF GAS IS WORTH MORE THAN A 700-1000 BOPD OILWELL!!! Again, having a condensate rich gas well here is not exactly a disaster!!
