I sold my 1/3 of my shares around 32 and itching to buy but I think I will wait little more, anything below 27 is steal for a long term investor.

pjconrad: 72% held by institutions could be bearish, as I noted some time ago; but, in BAY's case the number of institutions holding that 72% is relatively low. This is bullish, because it leaves room for a lot more institutions to add it to their portfolio; but to do that there has to be redistribution among the institutions: it may be that the last two weeks block selling has come from a few institutions holding a disproportionately large holding taking profits or re-allocating, and the accumulation by the other institutions without any BAY has not started to kick in yet, and probably won't until nearer earnings or after earnings. Just a thought!
