To ALL: The post-merger EPS for 97 would be 36 cents. So the numbers could look something like this...
-----------------------------------
POST-MERGER SUMMARY:
12,062,000 total shares outstanding
1997 EPS 36›
1998 EPS 82› to 99› (using current projections from FAMH for 1998 EPS 25-30 cents x 4 x 82.9%)

P/E: 25-35 (Most NASDAQ companies trade on FUTURE EPS Projections)

SHARE PRICE (based on future earnings projections):
.82 x 25 = $20.50 (on the low end)
.99 x 35 = $34.65 (on the high end)
Average = $27.57 per share (previously 4 FAMH shares)

WHICH WOULD YOU PREFER ???

100,000 shares at 60› = $60,000 (FAMH OTC:BB Multiple 6)
OR
25,000 shares at $27 = $675,000 (FAMH NASDAQ Multiple 30)

This has NOTHING to do with "value of the other company," or "reducing the number of my shares," or anything like that.

It has EVERYTHING to do with...
FAMH shares trading at proper MULTIPLES!!!

EPS and MULTIPLES... That's what counts.

People that understand how these things work will probably make a lot of money. That's why I'm in this. Just bought more at 60›... still a bargain in my book.

I don't expect this to happen overnight, but I could certainly see
these huge gains as a great possibility over the next 6 to 9 months.

Short term gains are also highly likely.

Just my opinion, of course. If you have an investment advisor, you might see what they think of our little "diamond in the rough."
:-)

Best wishes,
Brad
