It appears to me that NPEC was probably shorted by the MM's on the way up to .10. Now, they bring the price all the way back down, on low volume, to encourage selling so that they can cover their short positions. Of course, any buying in here kinda goes against what they are trying to accomplish with their little game. Just my thoughts.
