<<I haven't checked the price in the past half hour or so.... glad to hear is continuing back up. It sure was a shock to see "up 3/8" and then a half hour later see "down 1/2"! >>

Don't look at the price of JBIL, it does that every 2 minutes, you'll be gray in no time. Seriously, stop looking at the small price swings, you'll drive yourself nuts, I KNOW, I see Pink elephants from doing that in the past.

Carolyn, "in a nutshell" is probably more apt than you know.

Mr Pink has ridden (shorted) ACRT down from the mid to high 20's
to 12 or so.

He claims to have pocketed a million bucks. He claims to have cost ACRT
80 million bucks. He claims the company is a fraud in regards to
auditing and other business practices.

This irritates ACRT. Hence this article yesterday by Individual
Investors online....which proudly claims ACRT as one of their
"magic 25". Sometimes they're magic, at other times they are decidedly
less so.

If Mr. Pink is wrong, this stock might soar. If he's right, this stock will drop
off the face of the earth. Mr. Pink has been booted from SI. He is
apparently still on Yahoo.

The story is all on this thread. Uh, if you decide to wade in..........
wear some thick rubber boots, you know the kind that extend to your
waist.

You'll have to make your own decisions....me, I'm only here 'cause of the
TA.....and of course it's such a warm, feel good kind of a thread.

Ah, a perfect example, note the mannerly post from Mr. NotNeiderhoffer
to Mr. Carlson.

Good luck,

Stan
