Listing would be better! Speaking of listing, is everyone aware of the slick way that FAMH is going to the NASDAQ small cap? Rather than claw your way up and reverse split to over $ 4, FAMH is acquiring an EXISTING listed company that is practically dormant, but still listed. Since that firm is still listed, after the reverse merger, FAMH can stay on the NASDAQ by simply meeting the MAINTENANCE requirements for the small cap NASDAQ, which is merely $1 . Pretty innovative. Kudos to the firm that sniffed out that opportunity for FAMH. TG
