The "and/or " refers to the times when it might be necessary to downregulate one occurrence & simultaneously upregulate another. The "and" part of it would happen when they just downregulate an overexpressor. The "king" refers to my uninformed opinion that LGND seems to do it better than the others I am aware of. I've been aware of Erox. Slathered it all over me. Didn't help. I think I'll go back to armpits.
