Gary,

I saw some share quantities listed in the balance sheets which were puzzling yet might show something with respect to the share repurchase program.

The 4th quarter average shares (basic) 22,404,000 (dil) 24,003,000

Year end (basic) 21,723.000 (dil) 23,649,000

Year end shows a sizable decrease of shares outstanding relative to the average number of shares during the 4th quarter.

Could this be relevant to the repurchase?

Best,

Barry

P.S. Who is stupid enough to be selling today?? Rookies I guess. :-)

Thank you, Gary. Just now technical pull back below $20. There is no program to buy anything, as of now, that I know of. The odd lot repurchase did not effect the stock price in any way. Nor short interests. On the other hand, the total average stock went up to 24 million shares, on the balance sheet just issued, instead of being reduced due to buy back of odd lots.
