Anyone got information on the CDSI "Dustgobbler"?

I requested a data sheet or technical information but never got it.

Is there ANY reliable literature on this product?

Patent files show dozens of patents on aiding electro static
percipitation with adjunct or injected particles.

Inventor says it works in theory, but not in practice.

My recent case, supcourt.maricopa.gov is
an effort to get more info.

Any suggestions?

Bernie Lumbert is an idiot that has been unsucessfully trying to sue this company and about a dozen others for many years. Most of his lawsuits are thrown out by the judges (latest 2 were against Int'l Precious Metals). Some years back his lawsuit against ALAN did reach a court hearing -- everyone else showed up except Lumbert and the case was dismissed.
