Bob,

The float on EGRP keeps it from running too far from fundamentals these days (30mm compared to example 4mm in AMZN).

The fools in the AMZN and YHOO stocks should take a look at what can be expected of their stocks in the future.

Jeez, I almost bought into EGRP a couple days ago figuring to write a covered call on what looked like a high premium. No premium can make up for a near 10%+ decline!

Did write a call with a company called TMAR though and so far, so good.

I feel that net brokers are not in the same category any more. Some are extentions of major ones and now its in a valuation that is getting closer to main stream than Yahoo types...I feel that I'm buying more for future than present.

I find this interesting which can be found in EGRP profile in SI at the bottom:
"06/30/97: Net Income does not include a one-time charge in connection with its registration in the state of Ohio. Including the one-time charge, earnings for the second quarter of fiscal 1997 were $3,054,000."

and their ties with Bank One (a major regional bank)like direct banking investment link.
Just pointing that out and have my speculations. Any ideas ?

Bought back in at the close; looks WAY oversold.

Boy, when this baby tanks- it goes bigtime.
