I am impressed that you remembered.

It didn't do me alot of good as I bought tons of Jan 20 options and the stock only made it into the 19's - I expected the kind of reaction we are seeing THIS month!

Does anyone know if proxies must be filed 30 days in advance? This is critical information if you want to play the short-term options game as I think the reaction to the filing will be bigger than the earnings (on earnings I'm concerned about eps dilution, margins from discounting Spartacus, and ad spending).

Best to all ... David

J.R. KARY and others:

From a "lurker"...

As a proud owner of a new G-3 Desktop (one month and counting) some interesting news. I received a call today from an independent party, Polk Verity I believe was the name, related to the registration of the G-3. During my discussion with the representative I asked about the volume of work they had. I was told that this single representative was getting 1000+ registrations to record WEEKLY. She was one of six people in her office doing the same work.

As a long in Apple stock, average holoding cost under 19, I was encouraged by hearing about the level of work being done by the ancillary support people for Apple.

Thought it might be interesting.
