Jon,

Nothwithstanding the technical side--technicians are better suited for answering your concerns than I am--much of the excitement exists over the fact that Doubleclick (just IPO'd, trading around 30) is now the internet advertising leader. No company has yet established itself as number two. There are several who are attempting to jockey for this position. Zulu-tek is one of 'em.

Zulu has invoked a buy-a-shell OTC company (Star Medical, now NETZ); initiated online advertising acquisitions (EchoMedia, Softbank Interactive and others) to fit the overall scheme (primarily, delivering quality movie-like advertising on computers) for big-name clients. Recently, it has aligned itself with a Nasdaq-trading company, and we should see more developments on this.

My new pat line, spin, whatever you want to call it, on this is that NETZ is trying to be what Avis was to Hertz. DCLK came the IPO route; while NETZ is playing the buy the OTC shell and then leapfrog into Nasdaq to begin making a major push like Avis did.

Jon, recommend you call one of the companies to get a better feel for the technology part of it. Though I'm certain, one of the technical folks on this thread will give you a dose of something to chew on.

Best wishes!
