Gerald, nice finds - analysts actually saying "sell". The Waldron report, BTW, was quite amusing. A "buy" based on comparables, yet none of the comparables data they give supports that conclusion. And, since when is gains from the IPO price a valuation measure? The Key West report sure told the whole story in a few brief sentences - Waldron owns the float. This should be a penny stock.
