Hi Steve, I can't tell if this is the same suit from a week or so ago or something new. It comes up on all the different news links that have such things, along with the CFO resignation stuff from yesterday. I have a call in to the law office to see if I can get some questions answered. It looks like there's been a fair amount of selling pressure today. The volume is a little light for a support breaking move though. It's coming off a small double top at 10 3/4, so we might see support break tomorrow. Stochastics look like it's on the way down. We'll see. Regards, Don
