I am really excited by the prospect of deep sea exploration....looking for deep sea treasure is my hobby, if you must know. Have you seen any of the recent specials on the Titanic? When you say Fish Rule, are you talking about Riparian Rights...a joke. HAHA. You seem to know about sea things and other things, too.
