Thanks for the posting the commentary from Steve Roach, Gabriela -

So what's your best guess on how long it will be before this growing consumption will be reflected in the CPI, and do you think it will signal a significant reversal in trend? Or is there somewhere else we should look for it before the CPI..

Have spending and income gotten out of control? Do you think we are on the verge of a secular change that can't/won't be reversed? Or do cheap oil and food, lack of pricing power, Asian competition, declining exports, low inflation, etc, justify a game of wait-and-see on the part of the Fed?
