What makes me think that this stock is not worth 0.07 right now?

Simple. The bid is 0.045 right now. Whether we like it or not, the current bid and ask is what the stock is worth.

<<Due diligence in penny stocks is basically finding out if it's about to
go bankrupt, do a reverse split, under SEC investigation, or is being
flipped or mauled by day traders.>>

Cynical but true in all too many cases.

Hey John,

Don't feel like you're the only one who seems to make the wrong choices. The only reason I got into buying stocks on-line was because I wanted to get into a company called Digital Video (DVID). I thought, wow, this is the wave of the future, and look it's only 4 bucks a share. What a deal.

Yeah well, if you like that, try it today at 1.5 per share. Then I looked at LA Gear, which was at 1.5 at that time, and I decided to buy into that. LA Gear had been a fixture in California for many years; surely it would turn itself around. It did. Right into bankruptcy. I should have taken into consideration that it had been many years since I'D been in California.

So you see, we all live and learn. Some quicker than others.

By the way, this is my first post to this thread, but I've been following it for a long time. I would like to say that I appreciate all the information offered up here. And I'm another one who isn't nervous about ADGI's recent dips. But then, I haven't exactly instilled confidence in my judgment...
