If I remember correctly, they forgot to renew their registration on time and had to pay a bunch of extra fees. -Dylan

Bob,

It's been a while, but the last time I looked EGRP traded at substantial premiums to the brokerage industry average.

Most traditional brokers trade with a P/S < 1 and P/E near 10-15.

EGRP has a P/S of 5 with a P/E near 40.

Looks like the stock is going under $20 again. Lets see what the bull say now. (Still think EGRP is a good i-net value, but doesn't mean much with YHOO trading at 50X sales).
