FWIW - I'd be careful about any TA around the $5 mark. That is where many brokers won't allow margin or short selling so a lot of stocks tend to sit there on the way down.

You might be interested to know that last night (Thurs.3/12) in a newsletter writers' conference call Bob Bishop stated that he expects a kry decision next week and "if I have to pick a day I would say Tuesday".
