You bring up an interesting point, I have intentionally avoided, because I did'nt want to start a big ruckus... but I am not sure the Reg S shares can be "surgically" removed from the float once they have entered it and have been sold to new investors... at least I've never seen it done before.

Never the less alot of investors or a couple of big investors have taken a real liking to this little company, under the current float and situation... Looks very very good to me.

I have also been trying to keep tabs on the MM's inventory level...but my "real computer" has been on the blink today. (If anyone could tell me who the lead MM and the rest of line up was today it would be a huge help).

I think depending on the volume Monday we should be about done with the Reg S, if we have a small volume Monday... we should be finished Tuesday at the latest... now if the demand stays at this level and the Reg S is finished, we will have a very good week or 2, 3 or 4 <g> leading up to the Merger news.

Maybe Jack will release some news soon... does'nt matter what kind of news just any news like the "CVIA Mascot had puppies" or something <lol> Just to keep attention and momentum going our way... until the REAL NEWS is ready.

Sorry if I keep bringing up the same old subjects, but for those of you that like the technical end of stock plays, and the strategy behind it. Watching the CVIA play is to me like watching the Super Bowl... who ever has called the strategy on this play has done a masterful job on planning and execution.

This is big time strategy being employed by "little ole CVIA" I'll admit it I am slightly impressed.
