Up until 3 or 4 months ago, I traded options quite a bit, but I came to the conclusion that trading stocks in the $8-$20 range was not only safer, but more profitable. For now, unless something looks so good to me, I'm staying away from them. I've made some killings, but have also been killed.

Sorry, don't mean to sound like I'm lecturing you, but I just wasn't good enough at it.

Take for instance my LGWX, my cost basis is $10 1/8, which I bought on 2/12, today it closed at 13 9/16. I haven't sold yet, but by buying lower priced stocks, well, it's the same idea as options, it takes less money to make more money.

Now to answer your question, I never had a problem when I traded options with Water. The only thing you don't see is the volume of the bid & ask, just the bid & ask. I really don't know why, maybe someone else can answer that specific question.

As far as speed, if you put it in at the ask, it will trade as soon as you confirm it, although it may take a minute for you to get a confirmation, but considering all the people that clog the net, I think it is amazingly fast.

At least those are my experiences, maybe some others have not had as good a record.

Best regards,

Chris
