At the halt I phone PYNG's
Head Office. The lady I talked to said the VSE halted the stock due to the high activity.

She said what was happening apart from the halt was incredible. Mr. Jacobs had just phone up from MaryLand with the news that PYNG won the #1 FDA award for the most innovative medical device.

She said the office was being inundated with Press both Local and National to do features on the company and product.

If shorty was behind the halt
we can expect anything like
a longer halt maybe days
This will be signaled by the VSE wanting
release watered down
I like the two release idea
this way if the VSE is trying to cool it off PYNG
can relight the fire with the second
release
I was expecting this to happen and surprised it wasn't sooner
hopefully PYNG will buck the trend
good luck
Die shorty
Moreno

To The Chief
From Jerry de Boo
All the test regarding the F.A.S.T 1 have proven beyond expectations
(was there ever any doubt)
Lets presume the article by Bloomberg, and a possible coverage by N.B.C.will push the price to $7.50,not unreasonable do you think given the past week of trading.
This would be without any products, and cash flow.
A listing on the Nasdaq is without quistion e.g the majority of the market for the F.A.S.T. 1 is in the U.S and not Canada.
Since Pyng is looking for a production manager, production can't be that far away.
The quistion I have is,could pyng be tempted to sell or merger with a large pharmaceutical co before going into production if the price was right. And what would be a reasonable share offer if this scenario would happen.
I appreciate your comment.
Regards Jerry
