RFF:

I think since they pushed out Gresham this many times (2 or 3) they probably have some sort of idea of how to fill the fab. I think the products are there. This year will be not that great for earnings because of the start up costs for Gresham. So keep an eye on LSI's revenue the next few quarters out. We should see it slowly going up to 350 area and then really smoking once the chips are being produced in volume. The make or break year for LSI is 1999 not really 1998 I feel. If they are for real we should see really rapid ramp-ups in revenue starting say Q4 of this year and really accelerating next year.

So as I've been saying be prepared to wait! Put this one away for awhile. Still don't expect any earnings warnings this q but will be looking to see what forward visibility comments are made for next q.

Shane.
