To All,

Now that the game to be the 10,000th post has been completed, I am
glad to see Jerard that you are hearing positive things from formerly
skeptical brokers about our beloved Naxos. Keep the news coming all !
Hopefully after the shake out here we will begin to see some positive
appreciation in the stock price. Is anyone going to be in N.Y. city
next weekend ? I have an annual goodwill basketball tourny there
with some of the boys clubs and am thinking of paying Citydi a visit.
Possibly on Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday for lunch ?

Thanks,

Jim

p.s. Henry - I might have missed your response, but have you heard
back yet from your friends in the "business" that showed an
interest in Naxos based on the 1.72 COC Ledoux release ? If so,
have they begun to purchase any shares ? Have they read the
current release ? What are their thoughts about this latest round
of assay results and the management change ? Just curious...

jlallen,

Sadly, Naxos will not clarify the issue of chain of custody. The last
Naxos news states:

Material was drilled under the supervision by Behre Dolbear in July
1997 has recently been turned over to Colorado Mineral Research
Institute for processing under chain of custody.

Behre dolbear may have supervised drilling but what else did they
actually do?

Nowhere in any of the past Naxos news releases does it indicate how
the samples were sealed (eg. tamper proof) nor who delivered it to the
test labs.

Who turned it over to CMRI and who performed chain of custody while it
was at CMRI? Who delivered the samples to the test labs after the
material was processed at CMRI?

Naxos has been very deliberate in avoiding the answers to these
questions.
