Samuel According to the inf. I have read from the SEMI 98 conference, ASYT expects to meet this Qtr's est's. and expect more wall street recognition in the near future. Today's trading range was really interesting. We went from a high of 24 3/8 early to a low of 21 1/8 near the close, both moves on good volume. I have held ASYT for approx. 12 months with good results; However, when I look at the wild price swings, I ask myself why I haven't used a little trading money to take advantage of the wide swings over hours and days to make some short term trading gains. After reading Archer's review from the DLJ conference call and Infrastructure's comment today that they feel ASYT offers one of the best values in the eqpt. Sector, I decided it was time to go for the gusto. Early this AM I was thinking of selling 1/3 of my 2400 shares @ 24. Then the price crashed. I ended up buying an add'l 700 shares @ 21 « around 3:30 EST. I plan to retain a 2100-2500 share position as a core holding, because I strongly believe this is a winner @12.5 EPS on 99 earn. I plan to short term trade 700-1000 share blocks to make some money on the wide swings. I would really appreciate opinions on my strategy. As of today ASYT is my largest stock holding. Good Luck Don
