"If it's the right kind of acquisition, it could make the company significantly more valuable," said Duncan Stewart, partner with Tera Capital Corp. in Toronto.

The all time high price of $20.85 for the warrants shows both the company & investors have great confident in the acquisition, if any. It also indicates any such a deal will be very positive to the company and the stock price should consequently be higher (than $20.85).

INCORRECT Price reported by DJN results in a price drop in the last minute of the trading.

DJN put a headline news with incorrect warrant price of $20 (instead of $20.85) could be the main reason for the price drop at the last minute trading of the stock.

When the incorrect DJN headline news hit the wire at around 3:14e, OTEXF was trading at $20.75-$21, the incorrect warrant price of $20 (appr. $1 lower than what was trading then) apparent had a negative effect for the stock.

After market close, DJN corrects itself with a full story which states the special warrant was priced at US$20.85, instead of US$20 dollars. Those who sold with this incorrect information paid a price.
