The writing is on the wall as far as I can see. There is NO LAW that says you cannot tell the world which big 6 firm is doing your financials. HAR.

Why did IR say Price Waterhouse was doing it then?


My sympathy goes out to those that are being bamboozled.

The company doesn't even have to answer to you or me...How did these answers cause doubts????...

Big Six firm was confirmed.....these firms have highest standards and best reputation....

Reasonable timeframe for private placement -- not pie in the sky answer and I could be wrong but I'm sure that Goldy didn't tell you who was in on the IPO for DoubleClick....

The two statements "Mr. Meatchem's auto business is occupying much of his time. It is not perfectly clear, but he may possibly remain in the auto trak side of the business." and "NETZ-Autotrak is negotiating with 3 large strategic parties (including BellCore)" tells me that Mr. Meatchum's experience is needed to bring closure to dealings with 3 large strategic parties (including BellCore)
