Lotta talk about OPEC and whether they will agree on production cutbacks....How about the non-OPEC producers ? Can North Sea or North Slope producers make any money in this pricing environment, especially with their much higher production and transportation costs ? This game of chicken between Saudi Arabia and Venezuela could go on for a long time. Maybe our best hope is that the producers of the other 60% will surrender to supply-demand realities and reduce production. There must be a lot of harsh environment fields that are losing money at these prices. John
