Not a chance. When somebody says they have a 6 figure income, they
mean that they make at least $100,000, not $1,000,000. The "x figure"
phrase includes all significant digits, not just the zeros!

So how many figures is $123,456,789 ? There are no zeros, so is that
a 0-figure number, or a 9-figure number?
