Riley, The 8-K just confirms what the shorts have suspected: LOCK is an elaborate stock scam (or a good imitation thereof). They are, among other shady dealings, issuing 3,000,000 shares of stock in connection with the distributor agreement. This is not how legitmate companies conduct business. And of course, the company didn't mention ANY of this in the press releases. Gee I wonder why???
