John : since we are all learning about due diligence on Pennies here are a couple of things you could explore or address about ADGI. 1.Can you elaborate on the former link between TFCH (whose president Barclay Davis, is on his way to jail) and ADGI. 2.Any info on Emerging Trends Linkages.......and the association with Elliot Bauer,Richard Rubin, and Leonard Cohen. 3.Why the reference in the 8-k dated around Sept 1997 to having videoconferencing in its new offices. (another SEXI link) 4. Hinton received SEXI stock.......why? 5. Why did Claude Kirk (former governor of Florida)leave the board. 6. No sales in 93, 94, 95, 96 Outstanding shares 9-30-96 54,962,560 Still no biz but a lot more dilution, and probably more on the way. Things to ponder... DD (I alluded to some of this,this morning before I was slammed for my concerns...)
