Thank you for information from the local paper.
I have not heard of the gov using antitrust laws to thwart a "POTENTIAL MONOPOLY." I thought that antitrust cases tried to prove that a company ALREADY was a monopoly. I believe that KIWT has a long way to go before they have the legal problems of MSFT.
What worries me more is the note in one of the postings that said BB trading is not recognized by the company and this trading should not impact company policy.
If I bought the stock am I a STOCK HOLDER or not? I would think that share holders are still part of the process. Can somebody clarify this?

Funny, I was actually thinking about that exact situation.

Look back at the major railoroads that were broken up by the anti-trust laws. Look at ATT when it had the Lion's share of the
Long Distance service.

It would appear that a major obstacle to L3's success.......
would be its success.
