L.E. You are running out of rocks to look under. Of course they don't allow "shell" companies. I think the term has been used very loosely and mis-represented the condition of the target company. Simply put, they are a Nasdaq listed business without enough business to maintain an acceptable share price to remain listed. We, the shareholders, are buying that company. With it we get listed. FIRAMADA is not a shell company so why would Nasdaq not allow us to be listed and who said we won't be a $4 company by that time? huh?
