Joe, Many thanks for taking your time to handle the problem with the individuals that were maliciously attacking the company and it's shareholders, very professionally handled! I think that it's a real shame that you should have to expend any of your personal time and resources to combat this type of problem and I hope that the strong example you are making with your response will snuff out this sort of nonsense for good. Hmmmmm....I don't see the CEO taking full responsibility for allowing the auditors to create new accounting rules and omitting crucial information that would have prevented shareholders like myself from believing in this fairy tale. All of this shows what a joke the SEC is. They may have prevented future suckers from coming on board but they have done nothing to prosecute the hypsters that lured us first round of suckers on board. Of course this will allow the hypsters to repeat the game elsewhere. Nice band-aid put in place by the SEC, pretty useless though.....
