Frank, I would say that if the loan does not come through they are in a bad way. I got out after so few bidders put up money and have been looking for reentry point. It seems that there are 2 big hurdles coming up: (1) upcoming 4Q earnings report and annual report, and (2) status of Fleet financing. Clear both of these hurdles and the stock immediately pops 50% from where it is now. Miss the financing and management had better be able to articulate a good backup plan. Disappointing 4Q results I don't think would have that adverse an effect from where stock price is now. Miss both and ???

Has anyone looked at (or asked mgt.) about the transferability of their FCC license for NYC? For example, is it restricted in the same manner with respect to incumbent RBOCs and cable companies as the auction LMDS licenses are? Is the CVUS license subject to unjust enrichment provisions like auction licenses are?

My opinion, that "Hovnanian" post in The Asylum was BS - any thoughts?
