Hi Frank,

I thought IBIC was halted on Friday a couple of hours before the close yet, Depth shows trading continued until 4:30 PM. Did it halt or didn't it?

So with 175,000,000 shares outstanding, IBI has a market cap of about $26,000,000, its going to have to be a hell of a deal to move it.

Any thoughts?
