TO CAROLE Just thought I would let you know. My friend and I talked to ADD-VISION on THURSDAY for about 45 minutes. They were very friendly. We talked to JOHN ABRAHAM pres. He said that there was a non-disclosure agreement with "REDOX", but that it fell through. The reason. The former president (I think his name is JAMES SHULER) had agreed to that contract but it stated that they(ADD-VISION) as part of their agreement must provide funding for the production plant which "REDOX" will be needing. When the new president (JOHN ABRAHAM) took over the company they did a total reevaluation of the company and did not have the capital to do it. GOOD LUCK
