I am quite pleased with this new Advisory Panel and it is clear to me how they were picked.

Fred Arkoosh President of Wilkinson Manufacturing. That name is associated with razors is it not ? So Fred will make sure the candidate is well shaven.

Alan Sarroff Pres of A.L.Sarroff Do they make Booze?

John Ruhle JR. Pres and Chairman Reeb Millwork Inc. Henry you you need any wood work for your place?

Stanly Combs Director of Planning and Construction, Clares Stores. He will work on the construction of the pilet plant and Naxos gift shop.

Dr Paul. Good one he can check to see if the candidate is healthy. She will have to be healthy to run this one.

Father Greg! Good he can check to assure that she is in good standing with the holly sea. OOPs wrong religion.

Mark President of Print Perfect. Good he can print all the resume's of the candidates.

Joni Cesta Securities Lawyer NOW this is a great choice.

ON balance this looks like a good team But how about Jay Taylor, David Bains and Berry Downs, and David Snow helping out.

Will David Mandy the new Naxos PR guy be involved?
Lets all hope they move quickly and are able to find a strong Pres.

Knight:

These large shareholders with a cross section of experience will be the ones to find a new CEO with mining experience. Naxos has always had many active shareholders. Using shareholders to help choose the new CEO gives that new CEO a broad base of support.
